Lieber Herr Röder

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten bin ich nun ein großer Fan ihrer Masalo Manschette. Zur Erinnerung: erst zu klein bestellt, dann bei der 2.Manschette ein Materialfehler, die 3. Manschette ein voller Erfolg!

Ich trage sie ständig, kann wieder als Krankenschwester auf meiner Intensivstation arbeiten und habe meiner Freundin sogar beim Renovieren geholfen.

Ich erzähle jedem der es wissen will oder auch nicht von meiner tollen Errungenschaft 🙂

I have been using your brace now for nearly 2 weeks ,I just want to say thank you,I cannot believe how good it is,I used to be in constant pain,not getting much pain anymore,even managed to get back the gym,only doing light weights but doing some so again a big thank you.

Herzlichen Dank für die die neue Manschette, sie gefällt mir sehr gut! Ich empfinde sie als robuster als die alte, sie sitzt perfekt und ist wirklich sehr ansehnlich.

Ich spiele aktiv Tischtennis, musste aber leider aufgrund einer Knochenhautentzündung am Ellenbogen seit Dezember letzten Jahres sogar das Training aussetzen. Das Vorgängermodell Ihre Manschette hat mir sehr geholfen, die Schmerzen auszukurieren und beschwerdefrei meinen Handwerksberuf auszuüben.

Mit der neuen Manschette habe ich im September wieder mit dem Training begonnen. Anfangs schmerzte es noch ein klein wenig nach dem Training. Nun, nach wiederum zwei Monaten, sind spürbare Beschwerden verschwunden. Auch meine Sportfreunde sind sehr froh, dass ich in der neuen Tischtennissaison wieder mitspielen kann.

Ich trainiere und spiele immer mit der Manschette. Da diese nun fast schon schick aussieht, habe ich damit kein Problem.

Dear Harry,

I am writing to tell you how much the Masalo brace has helped since I received the package on Friday.

Thank you for this invention it has quite simply stopped the tormenting pain I was feeling every day for four months and with no pain I am much more like my not so young happy self.

I truly feel like my injuries can now start healing properly and I will be back weight lifting in one or two months. When I do start back training I will be wearing your brace. I will also be ordering another set as im that kind of person and see these braces as being an integral part of my training programme.

I would recommend the brace to anyone who has tennis or golfers elbow (and I will do so to anyone I hear suffering the same pain as we both have) as it really is the only cure and over the last four months I have tried many without success.

Now that I have been wearing the braces for a few days they feel apart of me and I have worked out the optimum settings to provide the tension I need to counter act the tensile forces which were aggravating the injuries.

One other point I would like to make is the level of customer service I received. It was second to none and all emails were responded to quickly and I received the braces in the post in Scotland only three days after I ordered them. This level of service only happens when someone cares about their product and their customers.

Thank you again Harry and I can`t say enough about the brace and service you provided.

With Christmas fast approaching, I wish you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas and a new year saying we say in Scotland “May the best ye hae ivver seen be the warst ye’ll ivver see”. In translation “May the best you have ever seen be the worst you will ever see”.
