Immediate shipment of the goods

For customers with a PayPal account, ordering is even easier. You simply click on the PayPal Express logo in the shopping cart and your data (name, delivery address, etc.) is automatically transmitted to the store via a secure internet connection without you having to register separately.
Immediate shipment of the goods

For bank transfer, you will receive our bank details by email after purchase.
The goods will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment, a bank transfer usually takes 2 business days to arrive at the recipient.
For very urgent orders we do not recommend paying via bank transfer.

For Dealers and Commercial Resellers (B2B)

Registered dealers exclusively have the payment method “Purchase on Account” available for all orders placed via the online shop. Instant payment methods (such as PayPal, PayPal Express, credit card, or direct debit) are deactivated for the B2B sector by default. The invoice amount shall be due and payable within 14 days of receipt of the goods and the invoice without any deduction.

Shipping within Germany

• End Customers (B2C): Free shipping via Deutsche Post/DHL within Germany.
• Dealers (B2B): Shipping is carried out freight collect from the shipping warehouse (Saarbrücken) via DHL on behalf and for the account of the buyer. The exact flat-rate shipping fees for dealers can be found in the currently valid dealer price list. Within the scope of B2B transactions, the transfer of risk takes place upon handover of the goods to DHL.

• Foreign Dealers (B2B): Cross-border deliveries to registered contract dealers abroad (e.g., Sweden, Austria) are carried out exclusively on the basis of individual contractual agreements pursuant to FCA (Incoterms® 2020) ex works or from the shipping warehouse. Foreign dealers shall be deemed the importers and are solely responsible for local EPR obligations and packaging licensing.

The regular delivery time within Germany is 1–3 business days. The delivery time applies from the receipt of payment (B2C) or from the receipt of the order/order release (B2B).

In the event of delivery delays, you will be informed immediately. If the ordered goods are unavailable, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already received without delay.

Right of Cancellation:
The statutory right of cancellation applies exclusively to consumers (B2C). Within the scope of pure B2B transactions with entrepreneurs and dealers, a right of return or exchange for properly delivered goods is expressly excluded.
