For bank transfer you will receive our bank data after purchasing via email. The order will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment, a bank transfer usually takes 2 business days to arrive at the receiver. In urgent cases we do not recommend paying via bank transfer.

Deutsche Post/DHL: The regular delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days, to other European countries 3-8 working days and overseas 9 to 15 working days. Delivery times start after receipt of payment, we ship immediately after receipt. In case of delay in delivery, you will be informed immediately. In case of non-availability of the ordered goods we reserve the right to not deliver. In this case, we will inform you and refund already received payments immediately.
